Between University and baking delicious cakes for my friends, I would like to welcome you on the mat. Come and practise with me an exciting mix out of the traditional Hatha Yoga and relaxing Yin Yoga. In the classes you will not only learn Asanas and breathing techniques for your own Yoga practise on the mat, but also techniques for your daily life. We practise Yoga in the morning to start the day with a little (big) treat for body and soul. All the classes will be taught in English and are perfect for beginners and also advanced Yogis.
